We cut and program 2 replacement keys to your e-bike lock cylinder. The physical lock cylinder must be mailed in — we cannot program keys remotely without the cylinder. Return shipping is included in the flat $125 price.
What to Send Us
- Physical lock cylinder — removed from the bike
- Include a note with your name, phone number, and bike make/model
The physical lock cylinder must be removed and shipped to us. We cannot cut or program keys from a VIN or serial number alone. If you are unsure how to remove the cylinder, contact us before shipping.
